This automation pipeline eliminates the manual effort of processing audio recordings. The moment a new file lands in a designated Google Drive folder, the workflow activates — downloading the file, transcribing the audio using a speech-to-text API, and forwarding the transcript to an AI Agent.
The AI Agent, powered by Google Gemini, analyses the transcript, extracts key information through a Structured Output Parser, and writes clean, formatted data back into a Google Doc — ready for review with zero human input.
Designed for teams handling interviews, meetings, podcasts, or client calls, this pipeline cuts processing time from hours to under two minutes per recording.
